Navigating Behavior Solutions, LLC is currently hiring for the following positions:

Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)

Our Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians are responsible for delivering 1:1 therapeutic intervention to children or adolescents diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our BT/RBT use interventions, techniques and programming grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as developed by the Clinical Director, to work develop communication, behavior and social skills. Direct, on-site supervision will be completed weekly by the BCBA overseeing each clinical case the BT/RBT works on.

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts work as a part of a dynamic therapeutic team designing and supervising programming for our children receiving 1:1 direct ABA services. On going assessment using the VB-MAPP, AFLS and other assessment tools and report preparation is required for this position. An integral part of this position includes being proficient in using and updating assessment tools and completing Functional Behavior Assessments and/or Functional Analyses to develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP). On going supervision and direct modeling of ABA techniques and programs for our Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians is also required.
